Conversion System definition

Conversion System means all of the equipment needed to convert Landfill Gas into any Covered Product, which equipment is owned by or under contract to XXXXXXXX POWER and is located at the Landfill and is not part of the Collection System which is more fully described in Exhibit D attached herein and made a part hereof.
Conversion System. The Contractor’s building or enclosure and equipment required for the processing and delivery of the Beneficial End Use Product to the Energy Customer. The Conversion System includes, but is not limited to, Contractor’s connection to the Delivery Point, compression equipment, an oil and gas cooler, a condensate knockout tank, scrub areas, generating equipment, treatment facilities, and related facilities. However, Contractor may elect to use such different technologies or equipment for the processing of Landfill Gas, the generation of electric power or other energy as either of them, in its sole judgment, determines would be better suited for the application. Where the context requires, "Conversion System" shall also mean any new or different technologies and equipment installed by Contractor at the Conversion Site to convert Landfill Gas to Beneficial End Use Products. The County owned Flare Stations are excluded from the Conversion System.
