Employee’s execution of the Non-Disclosure and Invention and Copyright Assignment Agreement is an express condition precedent to Employer’s obligations under this Agreement.
The undersigned hereby irrevocably appoints the Assignee as its attorney-in-fact, with full and irrevocable power and authority to do all acts and things, and to execute, acknowledge, deliver, file, register and record all documents, in the name and on behalf of the undersigned, as Assignee may deem necessary or proper to accomplish the purpose of this Copyright Assignment.
