Copyrights definition

Copyrights means any and all copyright rights, copyright applications, copyright registrations and like protections in each work or authorship and derivative work thereof, whether published or unpublished and whether or not the same also constitutes a trade secret, now or hereafter existing, created, acquired or held.
Copyrights. (i) all copyrights arising under the laws of the United States, any other country or any political subdivision thereof, whether registered or unregistered and whether published or unpublished (including, without limitation, those listed in Schedule 6), all registrations and recordings thereof, and all applications in connection therewith, including, without limitation, all registrations, recordings and applications in the United States Copyright Office, and (ii) the right to obtain all renewals thereof.

  • Each Debtor hereby authorizes Secured Party to modify this Agreement by amending Schedules III, IV and V, as applicable, to include any such registered Copyrights or any such Patents and Trademarks.

  • If such Debtor shall (i) obtain rights to any new patentable inventions, any registered Copyrights or any Patents or Trademarks, or (ii) become entitled to the benefit of any registered Copyrights or any Patents or Trademarks or any improvement on any Patent, the provisions of this Agreement above shall automatically apply thereto and such Debtor shall give to Secured Party prompt written notice thereof.


More Definitions of Copyrights

Copyrights means all of the following now owned or hereafter acquired by any Grantor: (a) all copyright rights in any work subject to the copyright laws of the United States or any other country, whether as author, assignee, transferee or otherwise, and (b) all registrations and applications for registration of any such copyright in the United States or any other country, including registrations, recordings, supplemental registrations and pending applications for registration in the United States Copyright Office (or any successor office or any similar office in any other country), including those listed on Schedule III.
