Core Capital definition

Core Capital means fully paid up members‟ shares, capital issued, disclosed reserves, retained earnings, grants and donations all of which are not meant to be expended unless on liquidation of the Sacco society
Core Capital means shareholders equity in the form of issued and fully paid-up shares of common stock, plus all disclosed reserves, less goodwill or any other intangible assets;
Core Capital means core capital as defined in section 5(7)(iv) of the Danish Financial Business Act.

  • Any amendments of these Conditions to the effect that the Capital Certificates will no longer constitute Hybrid Core Capital are subject to the prior written approval of the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority.

More Definitions of Core Capital

Core Capital means the sum of:
Core Capital means permanent shareholders equity in the form of issued and fully paid-up shares plus all disclosed reserves, less goodwill or any intangible assets;
Core Capital means (i) at any time prior to the Basel III Implementation Date, any item that constitutes tier 1 capital of the Group pursuant to the BIS Regulations applicable to UBS AG at such time, excluding any such item that constitutes hybrid tier 1 capital of the Group pursuant to the National Regulations at such time, and (ii) at any time on or after the Basel III Implementation Date, any item that constitutes common equity tier 1 capital of the Group pursuant to the BIS Regulations applicable to UBS AG as of such time.
Core Capital means permanent shareholders’ equity in the form of issued and fully paid-up shares of common stock, or in the case of foreign incorporated banks, of the assigned capital, plus all disclosed reserves, less goodwill or any other intangible assets;
