Corporate Units definition

Corporate Units shall have the meaning specified in the Purchase Contract Agreement.
Corporate Units means those certain “Corporate Units,” as described in Borrower’s prospectus supplement dated January 23, 2003 in an aggregate face amount of $402,500,000, which includes the full exercise by the underwriters of their over-allotment options.
Corporate Units means the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Corporate Units Certificate in respect of a Debenture or an appropriate Applicable Ownership Interest of the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, subject in each case to the Pledge thereof, and the related Purchase Contract.

More Definitions of Corporate Units

Corporate Units shall have the meaning specified in the Purchase Contract and Pledge Agreement.

Related to Corporate Units

  • Corporate Unit means the collective rights and obligations of a Holder of a Corporate Units Certificate in respect of the Applicable Ownership Interest in Notes or the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio, as the case may be, subject in each case to the Pledge thereof (except that the Applicable Ownership Interest in the Treasury Portfolio as specified in clause (ii) of the definition thereof shall not be subject to the Pledge) and the related Purchase Contract.

  • Private Units means the Units certain of the Investors are privately purchasing simultaneously with the consummation of the Company’s initial public offering.

  • Core Units means such Units of the Trust that are issued to Core Investors with the condition that these are not redeemable for a period of two years from the close of the First Offer Period. Such Units are transferable with this condition, but otherwise shall rank pari passu with all other Units, save for this restriction. Any transfer of the Core Units, during the first two years of their issue as mentioned herein, shall be affected only on the receipt by the Registrar of a written acceptance of this condition by the transferee.

The allocation of LTIP Units among the Partners shall be set forth in the Partner Registry, as it may be amended or restated from time to time.

  • Redeemed Units has the meaning set forth in Section 11.01(a).

  • Membership Units means membership interests in the Company.

  • Incentive Units means those Partnership Interests described in Section 2 of the Incentive Unit Agreement.

  • Beneficial Ownership Interest means the right to receive payments and notices with respect to the Bonds held in a Book Entry System.

  • Partnership Units or “Units” has the meaning provided in the Partnership Agreement.
