Country of Registration definition

Country of Registration has the meaning set forth on the cover page of this Past Use Agreement.
Country of Registration means the country in which the Aircraft is registered on the date the Aircraft is returned under the Lease at the expiration of the Basic Term or at the expiration of a Renewal Term, as applicable, which shall be one of the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Canada or the Netherlands.
