Credit Support Annex definition

Credit Support Annex means the Credit Support Annex annexed to this Agreement.

Credit Support Annex has the meaning specified in Section 4.4(c).

Credit Support Annex means the 1994 ISDA Credit Support Annex between Party A and Party B dated as of the date hereof.

Examples of Credit Support Annex in a sentence

• The only permitted withdrawal from or application of funds on deposit in, or otherwise to the credit of, a Hedge Counterparty Collateral Account shall be (i) for application to the obligations of the applicable Hedge Counterparty under the related Hedging Agreement in accordance with the terms of the related Credit Support Annex and (ii) to return collateral to the Hedge Counterparty when and as required by the Credit Support Annex.

• All sums on deposit and securities held in any Hedge Counterparty Collateral Account shall be used only for the purposes set forth in the related credit support annex ('Credit Support Annex') to the Hedging Agreement.

• Amounts on deposit in each Hedge Counterparty Collateral Account shall be invested at the written direction of the related Hedge Counterparty, and all investment earnings actually received on amounts on deposit in a Hedge Counterparty Collateral Account or distributions on securities held as Posted Collateral shall be distributed to the related Hedge Counterparty in accordance with the terms of the related Credit Support Annex.

• The Borrower shall sign the Master Agreement and the Credit Support Annex with Eurobank S.A. as Swap Bank on the date of this Agreement.

• Any appreciation of the Hedging Exposure over such amount as is referred to in the Credit Support Annex that is not already fully secured by the Mortgage shall be covered by cash collateral on a Dollar for Dollar basis for the amount of any shortfall (and which shall be documented through the Credit Support Annex) and credited to a dedicated swap account opened with the Account Bank.

More Definitions of Credit Support Annex

Credit Support Annex means in respect of each Swap Agreement, the ISDA Credit Support Annex between the Issuer and the relevant Swap Counterparty which supplements and forms part of the relevant Swap Agreement.

Credit Support Annex. The credit support annex to the Swap Agreement dated as of October 2, 2007, between the Securities Administrator, on behalf of the Supplemental Interest Trust, and the Swap Provider.

Credit Support Annex has the meaning specified in Clause 4.4(c) (Collateral Posting for Ineligible Interest Rate Cap Providers) of the Issuer Facility Agreement.

Credit Support Annex means, in relation to any Hedging Agreement, a Credit Support Annex (Bilateral Form – Transfer) (1995 version for ISDA Agreements subject to English law) as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association Inc., entered into by the Issuer and such Hedging Counterparty and dated the relevant Issue Date and as amended, restated and/or supplemented from time to time, pursuant to which the Hedging Collateral (if any) is delivered by the Hedging Counterparty to the Custodian or if “2-Way Hedging Collateral Posting” is specified in the relevant Final Terms, by the Issuer to the Hedging Counterparty.

Credit Support Annex means the ISDA 1995 Credit Support Annex (Transfer - English law) between the Issuer and the Counterparty, forming part of the schedule to the ISDA Master Agreement, as described in the section of this Securities Note headed "Summary of the Related Agreement".
