Current Rent Roll definition

Current Rent Roll shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.38(b) hereof.
Current Rent Roll. The current schedule attached hereto as Exhibit G, dated not more than thirty (30) days prior to the Effective Date, setting forth, as of the date thereof, the Tenant Leases.

Examples of Current Rent Roll in a sentence

  • Rent Roll shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.18 hereof.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Current Release means the latest version of the Software offered for general commercial distribution at a given point in time, including all New Releases.

  • Current Fiscal Year means the fiscal year for which a particular calculation is made.
