Custodial File definition

Custodial File. As to each Mortgage Loan, any mortgage loan documents which are delivered to the Custodian or which at any time come into the possession of the Custodian as set forth in Section 2 of this Custodial Agreement.
Custodial File. With respect to each Mortgage Loan, the file retained by the Trustee consisting of items (a) - (h) as listed on Exhibit K hereto. Cut-off Date: August 1, 2003.
Custodial File. Any mortgage loan document in the Mortgage File that is required to be delivered to the Trustee or Custodian pursuant to Section 2.01(b) of this Agreement.
