Customer Centre definition

Customer Centre means the Club Rewards Customer Contact Centre, which can be reached at the number and during the times set out in section 49(b).
Customer Centre means the Provider’s information centre, the contact details of which are provided in the Framework Agreement. Via the Customer Centre, the Provider shall provide Subscribers with technical and customer support and servicing, shall take receipt of their claims, and shall publish information on the scope of Service provision, an up-to-date list of Subscribers to the publicly available telephone service, and the prices for Service provision.
Customer Centre means a point determined by the system Keeper for telephonic and written communication, where the services related to operation of the electronic toll system, resulting from these Terms within the meaning of § 2 letter h) of the Regulation, are provided; contact information are given in the website of the system Keeper;

  • A Skip Bin Application Form is available from Council’s Customer Centre or can be downloaded from Council’s website.

  • Guaranteed service activation time The Operator activates the selected service for the Subscriber within 72 hours after signing the Subscription Agreement in the case of sale in a Brand Shop or in a shop of the Operator’s business partner and within 10 calendar days in the case of all other forms of sale (e.g. through eShop, Customer Centre, outside of the premises usually used for carrying out business, etc.

  • Guaranteed service activation time The Operator activates the selected service for the Subscriber within 72 hours after signing the Subscription Agreement in the case of sale in a Brand Shop or in a shop of the Operator’s business partner and within 10 calendar days in the case of all other forms of sale (e.g. through eShop, Customer Centre, outside of the premises usually used for carrying out business, etc.).

  • For each such shipment, the shipper will complete an address label showing the words “Hold for Pickup,” the consignee’s name, telephone number, the name of a contact person, and the full address of the designated UPS Customer Centre.

Related to Customer Centre

  • Customer Care Centre means a department or a section or a facility established under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 25 by the distributor of television for addressing service requests, answering queries, recording of complaints, and redressal of grievances of consumers, by telephonic or electronic means or by any other means.

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Business Centre means each of the places so specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Network User means each natural or legal person having concluded a Standard Transmission Agreement with the TSO for Transmission Services in the Transmission Grid.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Call Centre means a dedicated centre that has the purpose of receiving and transmitting telephone calls in relation to customer service operations of the retailer or distributor, as relevant, and consists of call centre staff and 1 or more information technology and communications systems designed to handle customer service calls and record call centre performance information.

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • Customer Service Agreement shall have the meaning as defined in the Master Agreement. “ Customer User” means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Exhibition Centre means the centre named in the Application Form or such other venue as may be selected by the Organisers under clause 4.

  • Data Center means the location where the production instance of the Cloud Service is hosted for the Customer in its region, as published at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxx/corporate-en/about/our- company/policies/data-privacy-and-security/location-of-data-center.html or notified to Customer or otherwise agreed in an Order Form.

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Day Care Centre means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner and must comply with all minimum criterion as under -

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN means a switched network service that provides end-to-end digital connectivity for the simultaneous transmission of voice and data. Basic Rate Interface-ISDN (BRI-ISDN) provides for a digital transmission of two (2) 64 Kbps bearer channels and one (1) 16 Kbps data channel (2B+D).

  • Network pharmacy means any pharmacy that has an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment/supplies covered under this agreement. All other pharmacies are NON-NETWORK PHARMACIES. The one exception and for the purpose of specialty Prescription Drugs, only specialty pharmacies that have an agreement to accept our pharmacy allowance are network pharmacies and all others pharmacies are non-network pharmacies.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.
