Customer Training definition

Customer Training means the training of the Customer's staff in the use of the Goods and (if applicable) the Computer Software. "Delivery" means when the Products have been delivered in accordance with clause 7 and "Delivered" shall have a corresponding meaning. "Deposit" means the deposit payable by the Customer under clause 6.
