Data Protection Laws definition

Data Protection Laws means any law, statute, subordinate legislation, regulation, order, mandatory guidance or code of practice, judgment of a relevant court of law, or directives or requirements of any regulatory body which relates to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of Personal Data to which a Party is subject including the Data Protection Xxx 0000 and any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof and the GDPR.
Data Protection Laws means EU Data Protection Laws and, to the extent applicable, the data protection or privacy laws of any other country;
Data Protection Laws means the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and any applicable statutory or regulatory provisions in force from time to time relating to the protection and transfer of personal data;

More Definitions of Data Protection Laws

Data Protection Laws means: • the Data Protection Xxx 0000; • the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any national implementing laws, regulations and secondary legislation as amended or updated from time to time in the United Kingdom (“GDPR”); • the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 (“Privacy Regulations”); and any legislation which supersedes, updates or amends the GDPR, Data Protection Xxx 0000 or Privacy Regulations;
Data Protection Laws means any applicable law relating to the processing of Personal Data, including, but not limited to the Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive) or the GDPR.
Data Protection Laws means all data protection and privacy laws applicable to the processing of Personal Data under the Agreement, including, where applicable, EU Data Protection Law.
Data Protection Laws means all laws and regulations, including laws and binding regulations of the European Union, the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and their member states, Switzerland and the United Kingdom, and any amending or replacement legislation from time to time, applicable to the Processing of Customer Data under the Agreement.
