Data Protection Schedule definition

Data Protection Schedule means the Schedule to the Commercial Conditions of Contract entitled ‘Processing, Personal Data and Data Subjects.’

  • Data Protection Legislation means the Data Protection Act 1998 and all applicable laws and regulations relating to processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant Government department in relation to such legislation;
