Date of Original Issue definition

Date of Original Issue means, with respect to any Series, the date specified as the Date of Original Issue for such Series in the Appendix for such Series.

Date of Original Issue means, with respect to any share of AMPS or Other AMPS, the date on which the Corporation originally issues such share.

Date of Original Issue with respect to the VMTP Shares, means the date on which the Issuer initially issued such VMTP Shares.

Examples of Date of Original Issue in a sentence

• The Registrar shall specify its acceptance of the duties, obligations and trusts imposed upon it by the provisions of this Resolution by a written instrument deposited with the Authority prior to the Date of Original Issue of the initial Note.

• Payments are subject to prepayment at the option of the Issuer in whole or in part on any date after the Date of Original Issue stated above.

• The Note shall be designated as “Community Redevelopment Authority of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Hedde Building LLC, Redevelopment Project Tax Increment Development Revenue Note,” shall have an appropriate series designation as determined by the Finance Director, shall be dated the Date of Original Issue, shall mature, subject to right of prior redemption, not later than the December 31, 2035, and shall bear interest at an annual rate of 0.00%.

More Definitions of Date of Original Issue

Date of Original Issue means the date each respective series of Bonds is initially issued and delivered, which, for each series of Bonds shall be the date of the first deposit of proceeds of that series in the Project Fund as further described in Section 3.2.

Date of Original Issue means, with respect to any share of APS, the date on which the Trust first issues such share.

Date of Original Issue with respect to the VRDP Shares, means the date on which the Fund initially issued such VRDP Shares.
