Day Charge definition

Day Charge means the Base Interest Rate (***), calculated on the basis of a 360-day year.
Day Charge means the Base Interest Rate (***), calculated on the basis of a 360-day year. “Deemed L/C Fee” means the fee applicable to all letter of credit transactions entered into in connection with Transactions. For ease of administration, the Parties deem such fee to be equal to (***)% of the principle amount of the subject letter of credit. “Default” or “Event of Default” means an occurrence of the events or circumstances described in Article 19. “Defaulting Party” has the meaning set forth in Section 19.2. “Delivery Point” means the outlet flange of the meter at the connection between the Plains Pipeline System and the Xxxxxx Station storage facility. “Designated Affiliate” means Coffeyville Resources, LLC. “Designated Tanks” means the tanks set forth on Schedule A in Cushing, Oklahoma and the pipeline connecting the Designated Tanks to the Delivery Point. The Designated Tanks shall only contain Crude Oil. “Effective Date” means the date first written above, upon which this Agreement becomes binding upon and enforceable against the Parties. “Eligible Collateral” means, at Coffeyville’s discretion, (a) a Letter of Credit, for a duration and in an amount sufficient to cover the Cover Exposure, (b) a prepayment in
Day Charge means the Base Interest Rate plus one percent (1%), calculated on the basis of a 360-day year. With respect to a Special Crude Oil Lot, the Day Charge will be as set forth in the applicable Special Crude Oil Lot Confirmation and will be referred to herein as the “Special Crude Oil Lot Day Charge”.

Related to Day Charge

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Energy Charge means a charge for each kilowatt-hour (kWh) of electrical energy;

  • Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.

  • Penalty Charge means a penalty charge which is payable by virtue of paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 3 to this Act;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Delivery Charge means the total amount charged to the Authorized User for shipment of the Vehicle(s) from the Delivery Origin to the location(s) designated by the Authorized User on Form A: Mini-Bid Request, and on the Purchase Order.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Yield Maintenance Charge With respect to any Mortgage Loan or Serviced Companion Loan, the yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium, if any, payable under the related Note in connection with certain prepayments.

  • Annual Debt Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

  • Penalty Charges means any amounts collected from the Borrower that represent default charges, penalty charges, late fees and/or default interest, but excluding any yield maintenance charge or prepayment premium.

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • Administrative Charge means, with respect to any Lease, any payment (whether or not part of the fixed monthly payment) payable to the related Lessor representing a disposition fee, a late payment fee, an Extension Fee, an allocation to the related Lessee of insurance premiums, sales, personal property or excise taxes or any other similar charge.

  • Finance charge means that term as defined in section 106 of the truth in lending act, 15 USC 1605.

  • No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • transaction charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of a purchase or sale of a security and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Prepayment Charge Schedule As of any date, the list of Prepayment Charges included in the Trust Fund on such date, attached hereto as Schedule 2 (including the prepayment charge summary attached thereto). The Prepayment Charge Schedule shall set forth the following information with respect to each Prepayment Charge:
