Delivery Documents definition

Delivery Documents means the documents referred to in Exhibit “B”.
Delivery Documents means those documents specified and listed as such in the Interim Quality Agreement

Delivery Documents has the meaning specified in Section 5(a)(v) of the Participation Agreement.
