Designated Times definition

Designated Times means those periods commencing 2 (two) hours before the commencement and terminating 1 (one) hour following the conclusion of each of the Relevant Events subject always to the discretion of the Club and compliance with the applicable licensing laws and Ground Regulations;
Designated Times means the times nominated by T20 World Cup in writing during which you will have access to the Hospitality Area(s);
Designated Times means the times for the Hospitality Package nominated by CA in writing.

More Definitions of Designated Times

Designated Times means the hours beginning one (1) hour before the start of play of the Match and ending half an hour after the conclusion of play of such Match. Guests means the Customer and any person attending the Match as an invitee of the Customer (including, without limitation, the Customer’s employees, agents or contractors). Match means the cricket match, the particulars of which are indicated on the ticket. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Room means the room of the same name located on level 3 of the Riverbank Stand at Adelaide Oval. SACA means the South Australian Cricket Association Limited ABN 44 623 135 393 and where relevant its employees or agents.

Related to Designated Times

  • Specified Time means a time determined in accordance with Schedule 9 (Timetables).

  • Screen Page means such page, section, caption, column or other part of a particular information service (including, but not limited to, the Bloomberg agency and Reuters) as may be specified hereon for the purpose of providing the Benchmark, or such other page, section, caption, column or other part as may replace it on that information service or on such other information service, in each case as may be nominated by the person or organisation providing or sponsoring the information appearing there for the purpose of displaying rates or prices comparable to the Benchmark; and

  • CMS Reference Banks means (i) where the Reference Currency is Euro, the principal office of five leading swap dealers in the inter-bank market, (ii) where the Reference Currency is Sterling, the principal London office of five leading swap dealers in the London inter-bank market, (iii) where the Reference Currency is United States dollars, the principal New York City office of five leading swap dealers in the New York City inter-bank market, or (iv) in the case of any other Reference Currency, the principal Relevant Financial Centre office of five leading swap dealers in the Relevant Financial Centre inter-bank market, in each case selected by the Calculation Agent.

  • Lead Time means the quoted timeframe calculated between the date of receipt of the PO by Supplier and the Delivery Date.

  • Reuters Screen US PRIME 1 Page means the display on the “US PRIME 1” page on the Reuters 3000 Xtra service, or any successor service, or any replacement page or pages on that service, for the purpose of displaying prime rates or base lending rates of major U.S. banks.

  • Bloomberg Screen SOFRRATE Page means the Bloomberg screen designated “SOFRRATE” or any successor page or service;

  • Reference Banks means, in the case of a determination of LIBOR, the principal London office of four major banks in the London inter-bank market and, in the case of a determination of EURIBOR, the principal Euro-zone office of four major banks in the Euro-zone inter-bank market, in each case selected by the Calculation Agent or as specified hereon.

  • Designated Date means September 30, 2006.

  • Designated Group means - i) Black designated groups; ii) Black People; iii) Women; iv) people with disabilities or v) Small enterprise, as defined in Section 1 of National Small Enterprise Act, (102 of 1996)

  • Telerate Page 3750 means the display page currently so designated on the Moneyline Telerate Service (or such other page as may replace that page on that service for the purpose of displaying comparable rates or prices).
