Designated Units definition

Designated Units means any of AL 1, AL 5, AL 6, HB 1, HB 2, and RB 6, but only to the extent such Units are obligated to provide Contract Quantity hereunder, subject to change as provided in Section 8(f).

Designated Units means the EPD Units subject to the terms of this Agreement, the applicable number of which for any applicable four-quarter period during the term of this Agreement is specified in Section 2.1(b), and which are designated by the EPD Unitholder as such in its sole discretion in accordance with Section 2.1 of this Agreement, and any Replacement Units.

Examples of Designated Units in a sentence

• Customer agrees to install the Software only on Designated Units located at Customer's facilities and in Customer's direct possession.

• Notwithstanding the foregoing, Participant retains the responsibility for operating the Designated Units in accordance with limits provided by applicable law.

• MISO may not dispatch the Designated Units if compliance with the dispatch would cause the Designated Units to exceed the Operational and Environmental Limitations, if any, set forth in Section 1 above or at levels inconsistent with those shown in the Availability Plan.

• Status of Designated Units with respect to Environmental Limitations, if any.

• MISO shall notify Participant of the hours and levels, if any, that the Designated Units are to operate through day-ahead commitment and real-time dispatch for system reliability.

More Definitions of Designated Units

Designated Units means each individual computer located at a Designated Site in which the Software and Third-Party Database are installed. Each Designated Unit must be approved by SAP as compatible with the Software and must be identified as specified in Appendices hereto.

Designated Units means the units in the Projects listed on EXHIBIT A, as EXHIBIT A may be amended from time to time by Owner's delivery of written notice to Manager specifying additional units that will be subject to this Agreement, such notice to be delivered no later than fifteen (15) buisness days prior to the date (as specified in Owner's notice) on which Manager is to begin management of such units and (b) the term "PRO RATA AMOUNT" means Thirty Dollars ($30) multiplied by a fraction, the denominator of which is 30 and the numerator of which is the number of days in any partial calendar month that the applicable Designated Unit was subject to this Agreement.
