DIP Lenders definition

DIP Lenders has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.05(b).
DIP Lenders means the lenders from time to time party to the DIP Credit Agreement.
DIP Lenders means the DIP ABL Lenders and the DIP Term Loan Lenders.
