DIP Motion definition

DIP Motion means a motion to be filed by the Debtors with the Bankruptcy Court seeking Bankruptcy Court approval of the DIP Facility, which motion shall be consistent in all material respects with this Agreement and otherwise in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Requisite Parties.
DIP Motion means the Motion of Debtors for (I) Authority to (A) Obtain Postpetition Financing, (B) Use Cash Collateral, (C) Grant Liens and Provide Superpriority Administrative Expense Status, (D) Grant Adequate Protection, (E) Modify the Automatic Stay; and (F) Schedule a Final Hearing; and (II) Related Relief (ECF No. 20).
DIP Motion means the motion filed by the Debtors seeking entry of the DIPOrders.
