Points will be assigned to this criterion based on the Vendor’s response to the Attribute entitled "MINIMUM Discount Term." A "YES" answer agreeing to at least offer the Minimum Discount Percentage off list or catalog proposed by Vendor will be awarded the maximum 10 points for this criterion out of the 100 total points and a "NO" answer is awarded 0 points.
