Promptly after receipt of the Dispute Notice, the parties will negotiate in good faith to resolve the Dispute.
Where the Parties are unable to negotiate a resolution to the Dispute within 20 Business Days of the Recipient’s receipt of the Dispute Notice (or such other time as the Parties agree in writing), then clause 20.6 will apply.
Within 5 Business Days of service of the Dispute Notice, the parties must meet in good faith to resolve the dispute.
The Recipient must respond to the Dispute Notice within five Business Days of receiving it.
