Dispute Notice definition

Dispute Notice means a written notice served by one Party on the other stating that the Party serving the notice believes that there is a Dispute;
Dispute Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

  • Promptly after receipt of the Dispute Notice, the parties will negotiate in good faith to resolve the Dispute.
