Dissenting Debentureholders definition

Dissenting Debentureholders means a Debentureholder who does not accept an Offer referred to in Section 12.2 and includes any assignee of the Debenture of a Debentureholder to whom such an Offer is made, whether or not such assignee is recognized under this Indenture;
Dissenting Debentureholders means a Debentureholder who does not accept an Offer referred to in Section 12.1 and includes any assignee of the Debenture of a Debentureholder to whom such an Offer is made, whether or not such assignee is recognized under this Indenture;

  • If the Offeror wishes to appoint the Trustee to provide the services outlined in this Article 10 in respect of the Offer, the Offeror and the Trustee shall first enter into an agreement providing for the terms and conditions of such appointment, including the remuneration, indemnification and the return of cash or other consideration that is payable to Dissenting Debentureholders who have not complied with Section 10.4.

  • Holders means the holder or holders, as the case may be, from time to time of Registrable Securities.
