The amount to be reimbursed hereunder shall be paid to the Servicer on the related Distribution Date pursuant to Section 5.7(a)(i) upon certification by the Servicer of such amounts and the provision of such information to the Trust Collateral Agent.
On or before the fifteenth (15th) day following each Distribution Date, the Servicer will prepare a Form ABS-EE, including an asset data file and asset-related document containing the asset-level information for each Receivable for the prior Collection Period as required by Item 1A of Form 10-D.
