Contractor shall comply with the City’s Storm Water Management and Discharge Control provisions codified in Division 3 of Chapter 4 of the SDMC, as may be amended, and any and all applicable Best Management Practice guidelines and pollution elimination requirements in performing or delivering services at City owned, leased, or managed property, or in performance of services and activities on behalf of City regardless of location.
