DMA Customer definition

DMA Customer means a Customer of a Sponsoring Broker where representatives of the Customer that are natural persons are designated by the Sponsoring Broker to have Trading Access to the SEF Platform using the Participant ID of the Sponsoring Broker and where such Customer signs the DMA Customer Documentation.
DMA Customer means a Customer who accesses the MarketAxess SEF Trading System via Direct Market Access.
DMA Customer means an Eligible Contract Participant who is authorized by a Participant to submit Customer Orders electronically on the Participant’s system or platform for onward transmission to the Trading System through the User ID assigned to an Authorized User of the Participant.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contraryin this Rule 409.A, the DMA Customer shall remain directly responsible for the maintenance of all records set forth in Rule 409.A(d).

  • Specifically, no Participant, Account Manager, DMA Customer, Authorized Trader or Supervised Person shall directly or indirectly, engage in front running, fraudulent trading, money passes, trading ahead of customers, trading against customers, accommodation trading or improper cross trading.RULE 506.
