Dollar Commitments definition

Dollar Commitments. The Revolving Credit Dollar Commitment and/or Last Out Revolving Credit Dollar Commitment, as applicable.
Dollar Commitments means, with respect to each Dollar Lender, the commitment of such Dollar Lender to make Loans denominated in Dollars, as such commitment may be (a) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to Section 2.07 or reduced from time to time pursuant to Section 2.09 or as otherwise provided in this Agreement and (b) reduced or increased from time to time pursuant to assignments by or to such Lender pursuant to Section 9.04. The aggregate amount of each Lender’s Dollar Commitment as of the Third Restatement Effective Date is set forth on Schedule 1.01(b), or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Commitment, as applicable. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Dollar Commitments as of the Third Restatement Effective Date is $45,000,000.
Dollar Commitments means, collectively, the Class A Dollar Commitments and the Class B Dollar Commitments; provided that after the Class A Termination Date, upon the Class A Dollar Lenders being paid all principal and interest and all other amounts then due and payable to them hereunder relating to their Class A Dollar Commitments, the term “Dollar Commitments” shall mean the Class B Dollar Commitments.

Examples of Dollar Commitments in a sentence

  • Each such notice shall be irrevocable and shall specify the requested date (which shall be a Business Day), the amount of the requested Swingline Loan and whether such Swingline Loan is to be made under the Dollar Commitments or the Multicurrency Commitments.

  • Letters of Credit issued hereunder shall constitute utilization of the Multicurrency Commitments or the Dollar Commitments, as applicable, up to the aggregate amount then available to be drawn thereunder.

The initial amount of each Lender’s Dollar Commitment is set forth on Schedule I, or in the Assignment and Assumption pursuant to which such Lender shall have assumed its Dollar Commitment, as applicable. The aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Dollar Commitments on the Effective Date is $0.
