Drawing Request definition

Drawing Request means the loan drawing request duly executed by an Authorised Officer, substantially in the form of Schedule C (Form of Drawing Request).

Drawing Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.09(c)(i).

Drawing Request is defined in Section 2.4(a).

Examples of Drawing Request in a sentence

• If a Drawing Request is presented in compliance with the terms of this Letter of Credit to us at such address or facsimile number on or by [11:00 a.m., Eastern Time] on any Business Day, payment will be made not later than [2:00 p.m., Eastern Time] on the next Business Day and if such Drawing Request is so presented to us after [11:00 a.m., Eastern Time] on any Business Day, payment will be made not later than [2:00 p.m., Eastern Time] on the second Business Day.

• The Beneficiary shall receive payment from Issuer by wire transfer to the bank account of the Beneficiary designated in the Drawing Request.

• Payment under this Letter of Credit shall be made in immediately available funds by wire transfer to such account as may be designated by the Beneficiary in the applicable Drawing Request.

• In addition, presentation of a Drawing Request may also be made by fax transmission to [fax], or such other fax number identified by us in a written notice to you.

• The original Letter of Credit, any amendments thereto and the originally signed Drawing Request on the Initial Member’s letterhead must be included in the documents presented hereunder in connection with any draft, it being agreed that such original Letter of Credit and all such amendments thereto so presented shall be promptly returned to you (or, if presented in person, shall remain with you after we have made a copy thereof at such time of presentation) in connection with any partial draw hereunder.

More Definitions of Drawing Request

Drawing Request means (i) in relation to a drawing under the Term Facilities or Revolving Facility, a notice requesting an Advance or issue of a Letter of Credit or Lender Guarantee in the form set out in Schedule 4 (Form of Drawing Request); and (ii) in relation to a drawing under the Bonding Facility, a Bonding Facility Drawing Request;

Drawing Request means a notice requesting an Advance or issue of a Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee in the form set out in Schedule 4;

Drawing Request has the meaning specified in Section 3.3(a).

Drawing Request means the request for drawing an Advance pursuant to any of the Facilities issued by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement;

Drawing Request. Means a request, in substantially the form of Exhibit L attached to the Indenture, delivered by the Issuer to the Paying Agent, that the Issuer be allowed to draw on the amounts on deposit in the Prefunding Account, so that it may acquire, from time to time, Purchased Contracts from the Seller and the Seller ’s interest in the related Equipment pursuant to the Purchase and Contribution Agreement.

Drawing Request means a notice substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1; Interest Payment Date has the meaning given to it in clause 5.1(a);

Drawing Request shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 3.3(a).
