Early Maturity Date definition

Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice;
Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice or a Valuation Date on which an Automatic Early Redemption Event occurs;
Early Maturity Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.23(a).

Examples of Early Maturity Date in a sentence

  • The Issuer can determine an Early Maturity Date for specific events for example disruptions to the Issuer’s management arrangements such as where the management arrangements are suspended or terminated (whether due to the Hedge Counterparty’s insolvency or any other reason).

  • Break Costs include all costs, expenses and losses reasonably incurred by the Issuer as a result of the determination of an Early Maturity Date, Buy-Back Date or other early termination, unwinding of any hedge position entered into in connection with the Units, or any loss of bargain.

More Definitions of Early Maturity Date

Early Maturity Date means the date notified to the Investor as such in the Early Maturity Notice or, if a Call Feature applies to a Series, a Call Date on which a Call Event occurs for a particular Series;
Early Maturity Date means, with respect to any series of Senior Notes, the date that is 45 days prior to the stated maturity date for such series of Senior Notes set forth in the applicable Senior Notes Documents.
