Examples of Early Termination in a sentence
The non-defaulting Party shall calculate in a commercially reasonable manner a Settlement Amount for each terminated Transaction as of the Early Termination Date.
The Executive will be entitled to receive the payments and benefits specified below if there is an Early Termination.
Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary, if Seller is required under Law to continue to make deliveries to Buyer under this Agreement or any Transaction after the Early Termination Date (“Post-Termination Deliveries”), the Parties agree that such obligation will not prohibit, limit or otherwise impair Seller’s rights under this Article 7 (including, without limitation, the right to terminate and liquidate any Transaction and accelerate any amounts owing).
Any Early Termination shall become effective as of the applicable Termination Date.
If you terminate this Agreement prior to its expiration, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee.
