  • With respect to any individually identifiable health information, the Parties agree to comply with the privacy and security requirements of HIPAA, the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (the “HITECH Act”), and all other federal and state privacy and security laws applicable to the exchange and use of the EHR System Data.

  • The Program Property and the PROVIDER Property are collectively referred to herein as the “EHR System Property”; The EHR System Property is an electronic medical record solution that permits users to create electronic medical records, to access electronic medical records created by other users of the EHR System Property and to share electronic medical records with other parties for appropriate purposes.

  • Following Acceptance of the EHR System Property by PARTICIPANT, PROVIDER may terminate this Agreement at any time upon six (6) months advance written notice of termination to PARTICIPANT.
