Electric service definition

Electric service means the furnishing of electric power and energy for lighting, heating, power, or any other purpose for which electric power and energy can be used;
Electric service. The power and energy provided to the Customer in accordance with the Agreement, this Service Tariff and the Rules. Expansion Power or EP and/or Replacement Power or RP: Firm Power and Firm Energy made available under this Service Tariff by the Authority from the Project for sale to the Customer for business purposes pursuant to PAL § 1005(5) and (13).
