Eligibility Determination definition

Eligibility Determination means an approval or denial of eligibility and a renewal or termination of eligibility as set forth in OAR 410-200-0015;¶

Eligibility Determination means a decision by a community developmental disability program or by the Department regarding a person’s eligibility for developmental disability services pursuant to OAR 411-320-0080 and is either a decision that a person is eligible or ineligible for developmental disability services.
