Eligible Items definition

Eligible Items means the goods imported under the Program (except those specifically excluded pursuant to Attachment 1 to Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement), the foreign exchange costs of which are eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Loan;
Eligible Items means the Eligible Imports and services in connection with the delivery and installation of such imports;
Eligible Items means the following items of personal property and services, but excluding any Ineligible Items, with respect to which the Company and any Agent shall be entitled to claim a Sales Tax Exemption in connection with the Facility: (i) purchases of materials, goods, personal property and fixtures and supplies that will be incorporated into and made an integral component part of the Facility; (ii) purchases or leases of any item of materials, goods, machinery, equipment, furniture, furnishings, trade fixtures and other tangible personal property having a useful life of one year or more; (iii) with respect to the eligible items identified in (ii) above; purchases of freight, installation, maintenance and repair services required in connection with the shipping, installation, use, maintenance or repair of such items; provided that maintenance shall mean the replacement of parts or the making of repairs; (iv) purchases of materials, goods and supplies that are to be used and substantially consumed in the course of construction or renovation of the Facility (but excluding fuel, materials or substances that are consumed in the course of operating machinery and equipment or parts containing fuel, materials or substances where such parts must be replaced whenever the substance is consumed); and (v) leases of machinery and equipment solely for temporary use in connection with the construction or renovation of the Facility.

Examples of Eligible Items in a sentence

  • You agree that the only images you will scan or capture and deposit (“transmit”) to your Account through use of the Check Deposit Services will be Eligible Items.

  • The following items are not Eligible Items: • Substitute checks or remotely created checks as defined by Regulation CC; • Items that have already been deposited by or returned to Customer; or • Items that contain alterations or that Customer suspects, or should suspect, are fraudulent, not authorized, suspicious or not likely to be honored.

  • Customer may not image, transmit or otherwise try to use ICL to deposit checks or items that are not Eligible Items.

  • Eligible Items deposited using ICL are not subject to the funds availability requirements of Regulation CC.

  • ICL files consist of images of Eligible Items (as defined herein) and check data.


More Definitions of Eligible Items

Eligible Items means the goods imported under the Program (except those specifically excluded pursuant to the Attachment to Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement), the foreign exchange costs of which are eligible for financing out of the proceeds of the Loan;
Eligible Items include paper items that are defined as “checks” or “certified checks” under Federal Reserve Regulation CC and other paper items not otherwise prohibited by this Agreement. You agree that images deemed to be Ineligible Items (see Section 6.2.3) may not be transmitted to your Account and will be rejected by us. You further agree that the image of the Eligible Item transmitted to us will be deemed an “item” within the meaning adopted in the Uniform Commercial Code of the Virginia of your Account.
Eligible Items means eligible Project costs for which loans/grants may be made pursuant to Title 2, Chapter 91, Part 2 NMAC, the Board Rules and applicable Policies, and includes costs of acquiring and constructing the Project, and, without limitation, Eligible Legal Costs and Eligible Fiscal Agent Fees.

Eligible Items means all valid items drawn on financial institutions located within the United States of America. Items drawn on foreign banks and items known to be forged or altered are not eligible. Eligible Items include consumer checks, corporate checks, government checks, money orders, travelers’ checks, and cashier’s checks. The name of the payee on each check must only be that of the customer, and the checks may not include any additional payee(s) nor may the checks be endorsed by a third party. Non-eligible Items are checks drawn on foreign banks and checks known to be forged or altered.
