Emergency Contract definition

Emergency Contract means a Procurement Contract awarded in the case of an emergency arising out of an accident or other unforeseen occurrence or condition affecting property or other interests of DASNY or situations endangering life, health or safety requiring immediate action as determined by the President or his or her designee.
