Emergency Resources definition

Emergency Resources means all persons and equipment held by, in the service of or directly available to the fire services of the Party;
Emergency Resources means persons and equipment designated by a Providing Department for the purpose of providing assistance to a Requesting Department, all or a portion of which may be made available to a Requesting Department to assist.
Emergency Resources means all persons, services, equipment and materials held by, or directly available to, the Public Works Services of a Party;

Examples of Emergency Resources in a sentence

  • The Providing Party may be requested to provide Primary Mutual Aid or additional Emergency Resources if available to those areas.

  • Emergency responder means an individual who is required to possess a license, certificate, permit, or other official recognition for his or her expertise in a particular field or area of knowledge and whose assistance is utilized or is desirable during an emergency. Emergency responder includes, but is not limited to, emergency medical services personnel; physicians; nurses; mental health, veterinary, or other public health practitioners; emergency management personnel; public works personnel; and firefighters, including firefighters trained in the areas of hazardous materials, specialized rescue, extrication, water rescue, or other specialized area.
