These Entrance Facilities connect Image Access, Inc.’s network from Image Access, Inc.’s Switch or point of presence (“POP”) within the LATA to the AT&T- 21STATE Serving Wire Center of such Switch or POP for the transmission of telephone exchange service and/or exchange access service.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • City Facilities means City or publicly-owned structures or equipment located within the right of way or public easement used for governmental purposes.
