Entry and Inspection definition

Entry and Inspection. Lessor shall at reasonable times have the right to enter the Premises to inspect them, to supply services in accordance with this Lease, to protect the interests of Lessor in the Premises, to submit the Premises to prospective or actual purchasers or encumbrance holders (or, during the last one hundred and eighty (180) days of the Term, or when an uncured tenant default exists, to prospective tenants), to alter, improve or repair the Premises, or as otherwise permitted in this Lease, all without being deemed to have caused an eviction of Lessee and without abatemexx xx rent except as provided elsewhere in this Lease. If Lessee vacates the Premises, Lessor may enter the Premises and alter them without abatement of rent and without liability to Lessee. Lessor shall have xxx xight to use any and all means which Lessor may deem proper to open the doors in an emergency in order to obtain entry to the Premises, and any entry to the Premises obtained by Lessor shall not under any circumstances be deemed to be a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of the Premises, or any eviction of Lessee from the Premises.
Entry and Inspection. The LESSOR shall have the right to enter said premises during all reasonable hours to examine or protect the same, to show said premises to prospective buyers or renters or to make such repairs, additions or alterations thereto as may be deemed necessary.

  • Access means disclosure by the provision of access;

  • Physical Conditions Report means, with respect to the Property, a report prepared by a company satisfactory to Lender regarding the physical condition of the Property, satisfactory in form and substance to Lender in its sole discretion, which report shall, among other things, (a) confirm that the Property and its use complies, in all material respects, with all applicable Legal Requirements (including, without limitation, zoning, subdivision and building laws) and (b) include a copy of a final certificate of occupancy with respect to all Improvements on the Property.

  • The Inspector means any person or agency nominated by or on behalf of the Purchaser to inspect Stores under the Contract.

  • Inspection Report means the report delivered by the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, substantially in the form of Exhibit L hereto.

  • Environmental Reports means each and every “Phase I Environmental Site Assessment” (and, if applicable, “Phase II Environment Site Assessment”) as referred to in the ASTM Standards on Environmental Site Assessments for Commercial Real Estate, E 1527-2000 and an asbestos survey, with respect to each Mortgaged Property, prepared by one or more Environmental Auditors and delivered to Lender and any amendments or supplements thereto delivered to Lender.
