Environmental Notice definition

Environmental Notice means any written directive, notice of violation or infraction, or notice respecting any Environmental Claim relating to actual or alleged non-compliance with any Environmental Law or any term or condition of any Environmental Permit.
Environmental Notice a notice (whether written or oral) from any Governmental Authority or other Person of any possible noncompliance with, investigation of a possible violation of, litigation relating to, or potential fine or liability under any Environmental Law, or with respect to any Environmental Release, environmental pollution or hazardous materials, including any complaint, summons, citation, order, claim, demand or request for correction, remediation or otherwise. Environmental Release: a release as defined in CERCLA or under any other Environmental Law.
Environmental Notice shall have the meaning given such term in Section 4.3.1.

  • Seller has not received from any Person any Environmental Notice or Environmental Claim which, in each case, either remains pending or unresolved, or is the source of ongoing Liabilities or requirements as of the Closing Date.

  • Buyer's Second Environmental Notice shall be delivered to Seller on or before one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the Termination of Reservations or, in the event of early Termination of Reservations, within sixty (60) days after Xxxxx's receipt of Seller's notice of such early Termination of Reservations.

Environmental Notice means any statutory notice or formal requirement of any court or any Environmental Authority relating to Contamination or the contact with or exposure of any person on the Premises to Hazardous Materials, Prohibited Materials or Waste;
