EOI Process definition

EOI Process means the process commenced by the issuing of this Invitation and concluding upon the award of a contract (or other outcome as determined by Coffey) or upon the earlier termination of the process

EOI Process means the process governing the submission and evaluation of the EOI responses as set out in this EOI;

EOI Process means the EOI process described in clause 4.2 of the Port Terminal Rules. "ETA" means the estimated time of arrival of the Nominated Vessel.

Examples of EOI Process in a sentence

• Notwithstanding anything contained in this EOI, BHEL reserves the right to accept or reject any Application and to annul the EOI Process in whole or part, at any time without any liability or any obligation for such acceptance, rejection or annulment, and without assigning any reasons thereof.

• In case any of the above information is found to be false or untrue or misleading or misrepresenting, I/we am/are aware that we may be held liable for it and EOI Process Authority has right to reject the offer/take action as per relevant clauses of the EOI without assigning any reason, whatsoever.

• By submitting an EOI, each EOI Applicant shall be deemed to acknowledge that it has carefully read the entire Advertisement for EOI and EOI Process Document and has informed itself as to all existing conditions and limitations and understands that the same are binding on the EOI Applicant.

• EOI Process Authority shall not be liable for any omission, mistake or error in respect of any of the above or on account of any matter arising out of or relating to EOI or EOI Process.
