Equity Portfolio definition

Equity Portfolio means the portion of the Fund's assets invested in Eligible Equity Investments at any time during the Protected Period, including Cash and Cash Equivalents deemed allocated to the Equity Portfolio pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(iii).
Equity Portfolio means those Portfolios as are more particularly described in Section 2Investment Objectives and Policies” (paragraph 2.1 "Equity Portfolios") in the Prospectus and in one or more Supplements;
Equity Portfolio means, with respect to any PPF, all investments of such PPF which are Eligible PPF Investments defined in Sections 3.1(b)(v) or (vi).

Any cheque received which is made payable to us for investment will be returned and no responsibility will be accepted for any delay which this may cause relating to the investment of funds.
