Escrow Funds definition

Escrow Funds means the Advance funds deposited with the Escrow Agent pursuant to this Agreement.
Escrow Funds means the funds deposited with NCPS pursuant to this Escrow Agreement.

Examples of Escrow Funds in a sentence

  • By its execution hereof, Recipient acknowledges that the deposit of the Escrow Funds into escrow with Escrow Agent does not confer any rights or claims to the Escrow Funds by Recipient unless all of the conditions in Section 2 above and the conditions as set forth in the Grant Agreement, have been satisfied.

  • After receipt of such notice, OPWC shall deliver written instructions to Escrow Agent directing Escrow Agent’s release of the Escrow Funds.

  • In the event that a Closing does not occur when required under the Contract, or in the event that the Closing does occur but Escrow Funds remain in an account with Escrow Agent, the Escrow Agent shall notify OPWC in writing promptly thereafter.

  • Immediately upon Escrow Agent’s receipt of such notice from OPWC, Escrow Agent shall release the Escrow Funds, or balance thereof, in accordance with OPWC’s written instructions.

More Definitions of Escrow Funds

Escrow Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.9.
Escrow Funds means the Purchase Price delivered to the Escrow Agent as contemplated by Sections 1(c) and (d) hereof.
