Executive Management definition

Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Executive Management means all appointed officers of the Corporation above the level of Vice-President.
Executive Management means collectively, all Persons who have been, are or hereafter shall be officers of the Company or Innocoll AG otherwise in an executive or management position with Company or Innocoll AG.

  • Location or Executive Office or Executive Management; Change in Fiscal Year.

  • If the Participant’s employment is terminated within two years following a Change in Control involuntarily (except for Cause) or, in the case of a Participant designated by the Corporation as executive management at the time of the Change in Control (“Executive Management”), voluntarily for Good Reason, each unvested RSU will immediately vest, except as otherwise determined by the Corporation with respect to any Participant who is not Executive Management.

  • Salary to be paid Administrator shall be $15,940.50 monthly based upon Salary Range 1, Step D, of the Executive Management Salary Schedule.

  • This Section 3(h) applies solely with respect to Participants who are members of the Company’s Executive Management Committee.

  • Subject to the foregoing and Section 2(b)(ii)(B), each member of the Executive Management Team shall serve at the pleasure of the New Board.


More Definitions of Executive Management

Executive Management means the CEO, the CFO and other executive officers of WFS.
Executive Management means the Chief Executive Officer and other persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the day-to-day activities of the Company, whether or not they are members of the Board of Directors of the Company;
Executive Management. Means any of the following officers of the NPC International: the chief executive officer, the chief operating officer, the chief financial officer, the vice president of human resources, and the vice president of marketing.
Executive Management means the CEO, the CFO and other appointed officers, executive level vice presidents, and key vice presidents of WFS.
Executive Management shall be an Employee who is a signatory to this Agreement and who has one or more of the titles listed as an “Executive Management” title on Schedule 4.5.
