Exercise Amount definition

Exercise Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).

Exercise Amount means for any number of Warrant Shares as to which this Warrant is being exercised the product of (i) such number of Warrant Shares times (ii) the Exercise Price.

Exercise Amount means the amount payable by the holder as a condition to the exercise of one Right. Until and unless it shall be adjusted in accordance with this Agreement, the Exercise Amount shall be $200.

Examples of Exercise Amount in a sentence

• The Issuer hereby creates and constitutes Warrants entitling the holders thereof to subscribe, in aggregate up to the Maximum Exercise Amount, at any time and from time to time during the Exercise Period for Shares at a price per Share equal to the Exercise Price.

• The Issuer will cause to be kept at its registered office a register on which shall be entered the names and addresses of the holders of the Warrants and the particulars of the Warrants held by them (including the Exercise Amount of each Warrant) and of all transfers of the Warrants (the Register of Warrantholders).

• Upon such notice of exercise the Grantee shall be obliged irrevocably to buy from or sell to the Grantor, and the Grantor shall be obligated to sell to or buy from the Grantee, as the case may be, the Precious Metal subject to such Option at the Total Exercise Amount on the Settlement Date.

• For the avoidance of doubt, each Non-Selling Security Holder may specify in its notice a Security Holder Transfer Exercise Amount higher or lower than its Pro Rata ROFR Share of the Security Holder Transfer Shares.

Exercise Amount. The meaning set forth in Section 3.7(d) hereof.

Exercise Amount means, with respect to the relevant Option Securities that are the same financial instrument and are subject to this Agreement as of any Dealing Day, an amount in the Base Currency equal to (i) the Aggregate Designation Amount plus (ii) an amount equal to four percent (4%) per annum of the Aggregate Designation Amount calculated (a) on the basis of a 360-day year for the actual number of days involved, and (b) for each day from the Agreement Date up to and including the relevant Option Closing Date.

Exercise Amount means the portion of the Prepaid Amount of this Warrant being exercised and any Exercise Default Payments payable with respect thereto, each as specified in the notice of exercise in the form attached hereto (the "Notice of Exercise").

Exercise Amount has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 3(a).

Exercise Amount means, in the case of Securities for which Physical Settlement applies, the amount payable by the intended recipient of the Reference Assets upon exercise of such Securities, as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement.

Exercise Amount means the value of the Warrant Shares being exercised pursuant to a respective exercise determined by multiplying the Warrant Exercise Price by the number of Warrant Shares being exercised.

Exercise Amount means the number of Warrant Shares filled in on the attached Exercise Form delivered to the Company by the Holder in connection with exercise of all or a portion of this Warrant.
