Existing Board definition

Existing Board means any area tourist organisation which is to be wound up and dissolved in accordance with paragraph 11(2) of the scheme; and
Existing Board means the Board of Valuers established under the MRTPS Act.
Existing Board means the board of directors of ICH as at the date hereof. For the avoidance of doubt, the Existing Board is comprised of eight directors with three vacancies and the following five directors in place:

Existing Board means the members of the Board who are in office immediately prior to the Commencement Date, whose terms of office have not expired under the Previous Constitution.
