Existing Credit Documents definition

Existing Credit Documents means (a) the Existing Credit Agreement and (b) all deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements, and other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered in connection therewith by any Credit Party, or any predecessor in interest to any Credit Party, in each case, as amended or supplemented to the date hereof.

Existing Credit Documents means the Credit Documents under the ------------------------- Existing Credit Agreement, including the Existing Credit Agreement.

Existing Credit Documents as defined in Section 1.4.

Examples of Existing Credit Documents in a sentence

• This Agreement, the Credit Agreement and the other Existing Credit Documents constitute the entire agreement among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof and thereof and supersede all other prior agreements and understandings, both written and verbal, among the parties hereto with respect to the subject matter hereof.

• The parties hereby agree that the Protective Provisions shall apply to all actions taken by GSLP in its capacity as the Existing Agent under or in connection with this Agreement or the Existing Credit Documents, whether taken before, on or to the extent in accordance with Section 5 hereof after the Effective Date.

• Any amounts owed to the Existing Agent under this Agreement or under the Existing Credit Documents in its capacity as the Existing Agent shall constitute “Obligations” for all purposes of the Existing Credit Documents and shall be entitled to the priority currently afforded thereto by the terms of the Existing Credit Documents.

• The rights, powers and remedies given to each of the Existing Agent and the Successor Agent hereby are cumulative and shall be in addition to and independent of all rights, powers and remedies existing by virtue of any statute or rule of law or in any of the other Existing Credit Documents.

Existing Credit Documents has the meaning set forth in Section 9.18.

Existing Credit Documents means the Existing Agreement, the Original Notes, the Existing Security Documents, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Fee Letter and all other agreements, documents, certificates and Instruments delivered to the Administrative Agent or any Lender by any Credit Party in connection with the Existing Agreement, together with all amendments, restatements, amendments and restatements, modifications, revisions, increases, supplements, extensions, continuations, replacements or refinancings from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof, as well as any other document or agreement which the Lenders and the Borrower agree is an Existing Credit Document.

Existing Credit Documents means the Existing Credit Agreement, together with the promissory notes made by Borrower thereunder and all other agreements, certificates, documents, instruments and writings at any time delivered in connection therewith.
