Existing Indebtedness definition

Existing Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries (other than Indebtedness under the Credit Agreement) in existence on the Issue Date, until such amounts are repaid.

More Definitions of Existing Indebtedness

Existing Indebtedness means Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries in existence on the date of this Indenture, until such amounts are repaid.
