Facility Access. Users may only enter the Swimming Pool facility through the main gate nearest to the registration stand. Users must close and lock the gate behind them when entering and exiting the facility. Users may not hold the door open for anyone entering the Ridgetop facility and cannot leave or prop the gate open under any circumstances.

Facility Access. For safety and security considerations, we limit access to the facility to our customers and their crew members, contractors, CRBY employees, and other service providers as necessary for the orderly operation of Xxxxxx River Boatyard. We therefore ask for your cooperation by respecting the following access control requirements, which might be changed or updated from time to time at the sole discretion of CRBY. Vessels Owner or representative must notify the CRBY office of any vessel guests requesting access with the reason for the visit prior to arrival. Facility Access. During the Term, Xxxxxx and any Xxxxxx Subcontractor shall permit Newco access to all areas of the Manufacturing Facilities, upon reasonable prior notice and scheduling by Newco during normal business hours, for the examination of production or quality records or to perform QSR audits. Newco's access to such Manufacturing Facilities shall be arranged by and coordinated through the Production Operating Team.

  • Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;

  • Open Access Customer means a consumer permitted by the Commission to receive supply of electricity from a person, other than Distribution Licensee of his area of supply, and the expression includes a generating company and a Licensee, who has availed of or intends to avail of open access;
