Factory Tests definition

Factory Tests means the tests required to be carried out in the factory premises on components, equipment, subsystem, system, etc. during and/or after manufacture in the factory.
Factory Tests shall have the meaning ascribed to it under Clause 8.6;
Factory Tests means all tests undertaken by the Contractor at the Contractor’s facilities or any other location which are necessary to ensure compliance of the Equipment and Software with the Specifications. Handover Documents shall have the meaning assigned in Clause E.11.1. Implementation Schedule means, subject to any extensions permitted under the Contract, the schedule specified in Xxxxxxxx X0 for Commissioning of Equipment and/or Software, Delivery of Goods, Equipment and/or Software, the complete performance of the Services, as the case may be. Installation means the erection, cabling complete assembly and installation of the Equipment and Software at the Sites. Non-Conformity means any non-compliance of the Equipment, Software, Documentation or parts thereof with the Specifications or failure of the Equipment or Software to meet the criteria stated in any of the Acceptance Tests procedures and specifications, or failure of the System, Equipment or Software to interwork, interface or integrate with the systems, equipment and/or software of third party vendors connected to the Equipment or Software as required by the Specifications, the Contract and as evidenced by any Acceptance Test. Other Systems shall have the meaning assigned in Clause E.3.4
