Family definition

Family or “family member” means your spouse, and any child, stepchild, parent, or parent-in-law who receives more than one-half of his or her support from you or from whom you receive more than one-half of your support.

Family means with respect to an individual: (i) the individual; (ii) the individual's spouse and former spouses; (iii) any other natural person who is related to the individual or the individual's spouse within the second degree; and (iv) any other natural person who resides with such individual.

Family means the parents, brothers, sisters, other relatives, foster parents, guardians, and others who perform the roles and functions of family members in the lives of consumers.
